Documents that require attestation from the Vietnam embassy must be stamped by two other entities beforehand (exclusions apply). This includes attestation from a solicitor (not applicable to all documents), and then the British Foreign Office (FCO). Only once these have been stamped can the document be attested by the Vietnam embassy.
